Plant and tool hire specialist GAP Group has confirmed a sole supplier deal with Jungheinrich UK to provide forklift trucks to its 58 depot locations across the UK.
GAP has bought the vehicles through outright purchase and took delivery of the first 20 trucks during April this year, with the remaining order due for delivery throughout the rest of 2008/09.
The 3,500kg capacity diesel-powered counterbalanced machines will be used in the loading and unloading of plants, tools and equipment carried by its own vehicles and those of its suppliers and customers.
