Mail order plant and bulb specialist J Parker Dutch Bulbs has signed a home delivery contract with Parcelnet worth more than £1 million a year.
Under the agreement, the length of which has not been disclosed, Parcelnet will collect orders from the company’s head office in Manchester before delivering them throughout the UK using its network of more than 7,000 lifestyle couriers.
J Parker Dutch Bulbs will use Parcelnet’s 2-3 day home delivery service, which commercial director Paul Parker says will help the company reduce its delivery overheads, while still meeting the needs of its customers.
