Smoothie brand Innocent has implemented an Inovis Managed Service based on Inoviswork in a bid to boost its supply chain operation and support its expansion into Europe.
The system processes orders and invoices at a much faster rate than the manual system previously in place, so far saving the company 20 hours a week.
According to the company communication has also improved as staff are able to access the web-based service, wherever they are in Europe, offering them real-time visibility of the entire supply chain process.
Ben Tuppen, UK logistics manager at Innocent, said: “Inovis Managed Services provides us with the support needed not just to deliver the technology but to guide our team as we work with customers and suppliers across Europe.”
Over the next year the company plans to triple its trading partners as it expands further into the region.
