Ingersoll Rand has appointed Ray Pittard as president of its Climate Control Technologies division in Europe, replacing Didier Teirlinck.
Pittard has been with the company since 1989 when he joined as an application engineer at Industrial Technologies, based in Charlotte in the United States.
During his career at Ingersoll Rand, Pittard has worked within air, retail and transport solutions. He moved to Europe in 2007.
Pittard has been credited with transforming the retail business at the company in his role as vice president for Retail Solutions ESA.
