City Link has taken Glasgow City Council Pension Fund’s 37,933 sq ft warehouse at Ashburton Point in Trafford Park at an annual rental of £204,838 and GLP Properties’ 40,599 sq ft unit at Roman Way in Preston on a ten year lease at £4.25 per sq ft.
