Sports nutrition company Maxi Muscle has secured the Industrial Property Invest Fun’s 33,266 sq ft Unit 1 warehouse at Swallow Lane, Hemel Hempstead on a new 15 year term at an initial rent equating to £7.65 per sq ft. King Sturge and Lambert Smith Hampton acted for IPIF. The tenant was not represented.
