Convenience store chain One Stop has upgraded its existing Paragon system to incorporate the company’s Fleet Controller software, which it hopes will boost efficiency throughout its UK distribution operation.
The software is designed to offer routeing and scheduling optimisation capabilities, along with fleet tracking technology giving operators full visibility in order to monitor the fleet more effectively.
Navman Wireless vehicle tracking, messaging and navigation software is also included as part of the upgraded system.
David Scott, head of distribution at One Stop, said: “We were looking for a complete solution that would enable us not just to track our vehicles but to monitor performance against the plan, both in real time and for end of day reporting purposes.”
One Stop has more than 500 stores throughout England and Wales.
