Aktrion secures Taylor Business Park facility

Industrial and logistics company B8RE, acting on behalf of Ribston, has signed up automotive services supplier Aktrion Group to a 57,000ft² facility on Taylor Business Park in Culcheth, Warrington.

Taylor Business Park is located six miles north east of Warrington town centre 2.5 miles from Junction 11 of the M62 and within 4 miles of Junctions 21, 21A and 22 of the M6.

B8RE reports that the estate provides a wide range of business space from 350ft² to 57,000ft² and benefits from on-site security.

Aktrion completed the move to undertake automotive services for fleet vehicles based at both Manchester and Liverpool Airports.

Asset manager at Ribston Adam Morgan said: “This transaction concludes the refurbishment and letting of c.100,000ft² that was previously occupied by Jungheinrich across 3 buildings on the park.

“Each building was remodelled and fully refurbished and have been let to a range of national occupiers who have been attracted to Taylor Business Park due to the location, high quality accommodation and landscaped surroundings.

“We continue to invest in the business park and have recently completed the refurbishment of multiple 2,500ft² units that have become vacant as businesses have expanded into larger premises on the business park.”
