Structural steel costs are predicted to increase by around 8-10 per cent this year, which is likely to lead to an increase in rent levels for new buildings.

Online Roadways, the transport and logistics division of Pass J Holdings based in Essex, has acquired Mike Beer Transport. The acquisition now gives Online Roadways a 220 strong fleet, which ranges from sprinters to 44 tonnes.
