Two-person home delivery specialist Arrow XL is expanding into a new prime urban logistics development at Enfield Distribution Park, East London.
ArrowXL, based in Wigan, has agreed a 10-year lease with global asset manager, Aberdeen Standard Investments for an 85,000 sq ft distribution warehouse unit at the industrial park in north London.
Known as Urban 85, the unit was developed speculatively on a 4.5-acre site by ASI and Graftongate.
Enfield Distribution Park totals 24-acres and has been developed in a joint venture between ASI and Graftongate. It incorporates 400,000 sq ft of logistics space across five new units.
A planning application for a 50,000 sq ft unit has been submitted for the last 2.5-acre remaining plot fronting Mollison Avenue to be built on a design and build basis.
Gerald Eve advised ArrowXL. DTRE, Glenny and JLL acted for ASI and Graftongate.
