After the acquisition of Topshop, Topman, Miss Selfridge, and HIIT, Asos is set to review its supply chain.
The fashion retailer bought the brands for £265 million and plans to “work to maximise the opportunity for the brands’ global distribution”.
This will include a restructuring of warehouse and supply chains throughout.
In a statement, it said: “As part of this, we have worked with the administrators to ensure future continuity of supply and have taken on and placed some purchase orders accordingly.”
Nick Beighton, CEO of Asos said: “We have been central to driving [the brands’] recent growth online and, under our ownership, we will develop them further, using our design, marketing, technology and logistics expertise, and working closely with key strategic retail partners in the UK and around the world.”
