Retail is always one of the toughest categories to judge, and this year was particularly difficult for the judges, resulting in the decision to Highly Commend, not just one, but two runners up
All the shortlisted companies are eligible for the Team of the Year Award. The Award goes to the organisation that has best harnessed the enthusiasm, commitment and drive of its staff
As always, the Public Sector, Services & Utilities category was a difficult Award to judge owing to the great diversity of entries. But, after much deliberation, it came down to two entries.
