Industrial property specialist B8RE has facilitated the sale of two single-let assets in the North West for Network Space Investments (NSI), in a deal worth more than £4 million.
The sales both exceeded the asking prices due to competitive bidding.
The assets include a 23,012ft2 detached unit in Skelmersdale, situated on a 3.2-acre site and leased to RMD Kwikform, and a 12,072ft2 modern detached unit in Knowsley, occupied by Greenbridge Technology.
Joe Sinclair, associate director at B8RE, expressed satisfaction with the transactions, highlighting the robust investor interest with more than 20 viewings being reported.
He said: “We are delighted to complete the sale of these assets, bringing to a close a successful business plan for NSI. The depth of investor demand for high-quality assets in strong North West industrial locations is evident,” Sinclair stated.
Tom Dawson, managing director at NSI, echoed this sentiment, noting the favourable outcome of the sales, despite market challenges.
He added: “We are thrilled with the outcome of these recent disposals. These funds will be reinvested to expand our portfolio, focusing on single and multi-let industrial properties throughout the North, including income-generating assets and redevelopment opportunities,” Dawson commented.
The Skelmersdale asset was purchased with advice from Edwards, while PK3 advised on the Knowsley acquisition. Both assets were sold to private individuals.
