Bidvest Freight Services has taken the 208,000 sq ft former Biffa Waste Services warehouse in Trafford Park, Manchester.
The hospitality and restaurant sector 3PL has secured a seven year sub-lease on the property at a rent of £988,800 a year which equates to approximately £4.75 per sq ft.
Trafford Park is one of Europe’s largest dedicated industrial estates, covering 1,300 acres (527 hectares). Fraser Place is located in the Electric Park area of the site, where Kellogg’s, L’Oreal and Associated British Foods occupy national distribution centres.
