Blok Knives has won the grand prize of £20,000 in the FedEx Small Business Grant competition. Brontie & Co was runner-up and received £10,000.
Blok Knives, makers of handmade kitchen knives, was crowned the winner from a shortlist of ten companies across a range of sectors.
“The SME market is incredibly buoyant and filled with dynamic companies which have huge potential for growth and development,” said Martin Davidian, managing director, sales, UK North and Ireland at FedEx Express.
