Cheshire-based Boughey Distribution has partnered with FMCG supply chain provider, Windfall Logistics to enhance service offering for nearly 100 of Boughey’s existing customers.
The link with Windfall Logistics will provide the brands with a dedicated one-stop route to market service which will include access to trading accounts, consolidated and economic transportation, standardisation and automation of order placing; management of sales order processing, invoicing and credit control; and reduced procurement costs and order cycle times.
Angela Carus, Boughey’s Managing Director said: “For customers, the primary benefit [of the partnership] is that they will work directly with Windfall to receive a total service to market their brands efficiently and cost-effectively and, most importantly, gain from its strong relationships with many of the UK’s most prominent supermarkets, retailers and wholesalers.
