Briggs Equipment UK has appointed Paul Goodhand as its new CEO, with current CEO Richard Close stepping down to form his own consulting firm Graywolf Management.
Goodhand joins Briggs, which is the UK distributor for Hyster and Yale, from Knorr Bremse Rail Systems UK, where he held the position of managing director. Prior to this, he was vice president of global sales operations for Bruel and Kjaer.
Close will continue on at Briggs in a consultancy role until the end of September.
