Construction work is due to start in January on five industrial and logistics units of up to 75,000 sq ft at Trentham Lakes, near Stoke-on-Trent, after developer St Modwen secured planning permission.
In October the developer also submitted an additional planning application for a 250,000 sq ft warehouse and logistics facility at the site. If approved, the development of this unit would mark the final phase of activity at Trentham Lakes.
