Investors are demolishing existing buildings to create Grade A space in the Midlands – such is the lack of stock of good quality available space.
CBRE Global Investors is demolishing an existing warehouse at Berryhill Industrial Estate to create a nine acre site that could accommodate a single unit of up to 185,250 sq ft.
The proposed facility will feature 12.5m eaves, 18 dock loading doors as well as a 50m yard to satisfy demands from occupiers.
