Last-mile logistics real estate company Mileway has agreed a 18,000m² (c. 193,750ft²) lease renewal with Captech AB in Gothenburg.
Captech AB operates as a one distributor of IT and technology products, further strengthening the long-term collaboration between the two companies.
The renewal, agreed nearly two years ahead of the expiry of the existing lease, secures Captech’s continued presence at the logistics property.
Captech AB Nordics managing director, Jonas Silander, said: “We have had a very positive and open dialogue with Mileway from the beginning, which made us feel confident in our decision to renew the lease.
“Being able to continue operating in a facility designed for our needs, where we have already invested in logistics solutions, is a major advantage for us.”
