CBRE’s Leeds team is to market Knowsthorpe Gate, an 88,465 sq ft warehouse on Cross Green Industrial Estate in Leeds, which is due to undergo a substantial refurbishment programme.
The unit sits on a 4.1 acre site at Cross Green which is some three miles south east of Leeds City Centre.
Jacques Esterhuizen of CBRE said: “Once refurbished this property will be suited to occupiers or purchasers who require good quality warehouse accommodation with a large external site and plentiful parking.”
