CEMEX, the producer of aggregate and cement, has awarded Victa Railfreight a contract to provide shunting services at Dove Holes in the Peak District.
Victa managing director Neil Sime said: “We will be working closely with DB Cargo, GB Railfreight and other freight operators, who are providing the trunk haulage for CEMEX UK, as well as Network Rail and CEMEX themselves, over whose infrastructure we will be operating.”
Victa says it expects to report an increase in sales over the past year of £2 million to £6.5m.
