Ceva Logistics has introduced ground transport as a new business line. The ground service will work alongside Ceva’s current air, ocean and contract logistics businesses.
The new business line will be run by Jérôme Lorrain as its Chief Operating Officer.
Ceva said its ground operations will ‘remain strongly embedded as part of the local cluster strategy’ – which is part of an operating model that was set up in 2014.
“By adding this fourth business line we have an opportunity to even better leverage the existing network we have in some parts of the world and reinforce our air, ocean and contract logistics global product offering,” said chief operating officer, Jérôme Lorrain.
