Industrial developer Chancerygate plans to develop almost 90,000 sq ft of warehouse space at a 4.36-acre development site at Innovation Close in Poole.
The development was purchased from the Standard Life Investments UK Property Fund.
Chancerygate development manager, Amit Babbar, said: “It is a location where we are seeing good demand from local and national occupiers coupled with limited supply.
The multi-unit scheme ‘Horizon Park, with units up to 25,000 sq ft, will be open for occupation in early 2017. Goadsby advised the developer on the purchase.
