Chancerygate, has been granted planning permission to develop 227,000 sq ft of space across three developments in Bristol, High Wycombe and Livingston.
The schemes are part of Chancerygate’s strategy to develop sites for the SME and mid box markets on a nationwide basis.
The 110,000 sq ft Vertex Park scheme near Bristol will provide 11 units ranging from 4,188 to 33,928 sq ft.
At Wye Business Park in Wooburn Green, High Wycombe, Chancerygate is refurbishing three 15,715 to 32,140 sq ft /warehouse units.
And in Livingston, Scotland, it will develop a trade park to include nine units ranging from 3,500 sq ft to 66,900 sq ft.
