Industrial developer Chancerygate has received planning permission from South Gloucestershire Council for the development of 121,000 sq ft at Warmley Business Park in Bristol.
The development is to provide 15 production, distribution or trade counter units. Units will be available individually or in combination on a freehold or leasehold basis and will range from 3,700 to 35,000 sq ft in size. The scheme is due to be completed in early 2019.
There has been a short supply of industrial space for local occupiers, said head of development at Chancerygate, Alastair King. The project will meet this need and address “growing demand from owner-occupiers for whom the ability to own their operational property is aligned with their business strategy”.
