Coast, the women’s fashion retailer, has partnered with Doddle to offer customers free returns at more than 50 Doddle locations nationwide.
Customers opting to return via Doddle will have their refund processed within three business days. Offering customers a fast-track option to other drop off points which are currently processed within seven or 18 working days.
Emma Bonar, head of digital at Coast, said: “We want our customers’ online shopping experience to be as easy and hassle-free as possible. Working with a partner like Doddle allows us to do that.”
