Coca-Cola Enterprises is leasing Logicor’s 233,000 sq ft warehouse in Dagenham, East London.
It has signed a five-year lease on LOGIC233, a recently fully refurbished property which boasts 12m eaves, 20 dock and three level access doors, 49 HGV spaces and a 50m yard on a 10.95 acre secure site. The warehouse was being marketed with a quoting rent of £8.25 per sq ft.
Savills, DTRE and JLL jointly advised Logicor on the transaction whilst CCE were advised by Strutt and Parker.
