Bexley Council has approved plans for an urban warehouse off Bronze Age Way in Belvedere, London.
The scheme to be known as Belvedere Gateway is being developed by Wrenbridge Land and forward funded to the tune of £7 million by Buccleuch Properties.
The scheme consists of a part forward sold and speculative warehouse development of 28,000 sq ft in two units. The self contained speculative unit totals 18,700 sq ft has an eaves height of 10m and a large secure yard.
