A detailed planning application has been submitted by Stockport Council to redevelop the former Gorsey Bank council estate in Cheadle Heath, Stockport into an industrial park.
To be known as Aurora Stockport, the scheme, which is located close to Junction 1 of the M60, could offer 154,500 sq ft of industrial space in units from 8,700 sq ft to 47,000 sq ft. It is hoped work will start in spring 2016 with the first units being available from early 2017.
Carillion and CBRE are advising on the development, with CBRE appointed as agent for the scheme.
