Glenny has completed the letting of a 46,426 sq. ft unit at Criterion, Belvedere in London to domestic and international courier The Processing Centre on a 15-year lease and rent price equating to £10.25 per sq ft.
The Processing Centre have moved to consolidate existing space within the local area. Rockspring Property Investment Managers was advised by Glenny.
“The completion of this letting at Criterion sees a strong occupier investing in the area, retaining its presence and supporting local employment,” said Glenny senior surveyor Andrew Hughes.
