French company CRYO International, a specialist in temperature-controlled logistics solutions, has bought UK pharmaceutical logistics courier PDP Couriers.
CRYO, which is a subsidiary of Air Liquide group, has made the acquisition as part of a new phase in its strategy to provide customised temperature-controlled solutions globally.
“With this acquisition we are combining our know-how in CARBOGLACE™ and temperature-controlled solutions with a premium logistics service,” said Cédric Picaud, CEO of CRYO. This expansion in our activities supports the geographical growth of our customers and their need for services with increased added value.”
