FarEye has launched the Delivery Happiness Platform – a cloud-based platform that enables logistics and courier companies to monitor, measure and improve customers’ satisfaction with deliveries in real-time.
It lets managers analyse feedback from customers in real-time and gauge customer satisfaction levels. They can also create instant performance scorecards to better understand and modify their last mile delivery operations on-the-fly and increase first time delivery hits.
The new platform is integrated with a mobile app for couriers and customers, which lets customers rate their entire delivery experience, from initial order placement through to delivery.
