DHL Express has already delivered batches of the Covid-19 vaccine to several European countries, with plans to distribute more to a greater number of countries.
Since December 2020, the company has delivered the vaccine to countries including Italy, Austria, Greece, Lithuania, and others.
DHL has said that with its extensive network, it is ready to continue delivering vaccines on a regular basis, throughout Europe and beyond.
Alberto Nobis, CEO DHL Express Europe said: “Our Express network has already proven its strong resilience during the first weeks of the pandemic. While almost all nations went into lockdowns, none of our operations had stopped.”
Besides delivering in Europe, DHL Express has also served vaccine batches to Bahrain, Chile, Costa Rica, Israel, Mexico, Oman, and Singapore.
