DHL said that its role as official logistics partner for the 25th James Bond film, No Time To Die “really put its logistics expertise to work”.
The supply chain giant has been lead partner on the five Daniel Craig Bond films, going back to Casino Royale in 2006, supplying transport and logistics for the franchise produced by MGM Studios.
As logistics partner for No Time to Die, DHL ensured that both filming units had the right equipment available at the right time and place on locations in Norway, Jamaica, Italy and the UK.
John Meller, project lead for No Time To Die logistics at DHL, said: “We are essentially a one-stop shop for anything a film project needs, whether by road, air, or sea, we are focused on keeping production moving. For urgent or last-minute shipments we also use our Express network.
“To keep pace with the strict and ever-changing international regulations for cargo, we have to stay ahead of the curve and really put our logistics expertise to work. It has been a great opportunity to once again show what we can deliver.”
