Aston Martin’s principal logistics partner DHL Supply Chain, has been awarded a contract expansion for the next seven years to manage its full in-bound supply chain in St Athan, Wales.
Originally appointed for a five-year term in August 2017 it was decided that the contract should be extended to 2027.
DHL currently handles Aston Martin’s in-bound transportation, inventory management, warehousing, and in-plant logistics to support the brand’s production facility in Gaydon, where more than 5,000 luxury cars are manufactured every year.
