3PL Eddie Stobart is to get a 1.1 million ft2 logistics site in Doncaster, South Yorkshire.
The 3PL has agreed to lease two 565,000ft2 units which will be delivered by next summer.
Logistics Manager broke the story that the 3PL would be taking space at Mulberry Developments’ 2.5 million ft2 Mulberry Logistics Park Doncaster in South Yorkshire in July this year.
The new deal sees global real estate investor BentallGreenOak forward funding the site, located at Junction 34 of the A1M. It  will comprise two separate, BREEAM Excellent, 18m high, cross-docked 565,000ft2 warehouses that will be delivered in the middle of 2022.

Mulberry Logistics Park totals 396 acres and has planning for units from 350,000 – 1.2 million ft2.
