Supply chain and distribution company Oakland International has found no disparity its gender pay gap review across its whole business operation.
Oakland International employees work predominantly in warehousing and storage. 74 per cent of workers are male and 26 per cent female. “In real terms Oakland pays on average 0.8 per cent higher to its female workers despite having far more men working across the business,” said Oakland International HR director Cory Winstanley. “We have a strong policy of employee equality, with good performers able to earn more.”
