Akabo Media, publisher of Logistics Manager, has announced the launch of European Logistics Month, a major strategic platform and focused market moment for the logistics and supply chain sector in June 2027.
European Logistics Month will bring together three events across the UK and Germany: Urban Logistics, taking place at ExCeL London on 9-10 June 2027; IntraLogisteX Düsseldorf, taking place at Messe Düsseldorf on 16-17 June 2027; and the Responsible Supply Chain Conference, taking place in London on 22 June 2027.
The new initiative reflects the scale, complexity and international nature of modern logistics, bringing together the people, businesses and technologies shaping warehousing, intralogistics, fulfilment, urban delivery, supply chain strategy and city logistics.
The launch comes as logistics and supply chain organisations across Europe face growing pressure around resilience, cost, sustainability, automation, urban regulation, labour availability, delivery performance, cross-border operations and technology investment.
European Logistics Month will bring those connected challenges into one high-profile month of exhibitions, conferences, insight, networking and commercial opportunity.
Urban Logistics will open the month in London. Launched by Logistics Manager, the new buyer-focused exhibition will address the movement of goods within dense, complex and regulated urban environments.
The event will focus on both B2C last-mile delivery and B2B logistics, estimated to account for around 75% of urban goods delivery, supporting retail, hospitality, construction, healthcare, field service, public services, urban infrastructure and local economies.
IntraLogisteX Düsseldorf will then take European Logistics Month into mainland Europe, with a focused event for warehousing, intralogistics, fulfilment, automation and logistics technology professionals.
The Düsseldorf exhibition is the latest addition to Akabo Media’s international IntraLogisteX portfolio, joining established editions in the UK, Dallas, Abu Dhabi and Singapore. The event will be based in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany’s leading logistics region, which is home to more than 770,000 logistics professionals and thousands of logistics providers.
The Responsible Supply Chain Conference will bring senior supply chain, logistics, retail, procurement, manufacturing and operations leaders together in London for a day of insight, networking and practical discussion.
Stephen Brooks, managing director of Akabo Media, said: “European Logistics Month is much more than three events taking place in the same month. It is a concentrated European logistics and supply chain market moment, covering warehousing, intralogistics, urban logistics and supply chain strategy.
“June 2027 will be an important month for any organisation serious about logistics and supply chain in Europe. Our objective is to build awareness, credibility, momentum and industry discussion around a platform that reflects how interconnected the sector has become.”
