Logistics developer Evander Properties has submitted two planning applications to build 500,000 sq ft of bespoke warehousing in Reading and Southampton.
Evander acquired the two sites last summer with funding from Rockspring Property Investment Management. The sites comprise 40 acres: 22 acres at Island Road, Reading, and 17 acres at Test Lane, Southampton.
Both sites can accommodate build-to-suit warehouses of up to 250,000 sq ft.
Planning decisions are expected in Q1 2015. Marketing is taking place on both sites.

Agents are GVA for Island Road, Reading, and Lambert Smith Hampton for the Southampton site.
