Parcel delivery company EVRi has agreed a 10-year lease for a 113,573ft² facility at Central Approach in Avonmouth, near Bristol.
The site, which includes 6,655ft² of office space, will be used as a new regional distribution centre for Evri.
With a 12m eaves height, the building features four surface level loading doors and 10 dock level loading doors. The site also has 15 marked HGV parking spaces and 89 car parking spaces.
Central Approach has achieved an EPC ‘A’ rating, with sustainability features including 10% natural light roof panels, ‘efficient’ LED lighting, nine electric vehicle charging spaces and space for rooftop solar photovoltaic panels.
This letting means that all buildings at Trebor Developements and Hillwood’s Central Approach scheme are now let.
James Drew, development director at Trebor, said: “We are delighted to welcome Evri as tenant. The letting of the building continues Trebor’s record of delivering best-in-class schemes in the South West region and providing facilities for leading global operators.
“We are actively working to bring forward further developments in this market area.”
Tom Watkins, director of the Bristol Industrial and Logistics team at Colliers, added: “It’s great to announce the final unit has been leased at this speculatively developed scheme.
“This is one of the largest lettings for the region in recent months and we’re working on a handful of other big-box schemes that are progressing and will be announced before the end of the year.
“This letting signifies that the market in the South West is starting up once again, after what has been a difficult macroeconomic period, and shows that well-located, high-specification units will be welcomed by occupiers.”
Colliers and CBRE were joint agents for Central Approach. EVRi was represented by LSH.
