Over the last week 45 per cent of UK deliveries have been express services, according to MetaPack. Earlier in December, only 20 per cent of deliveries were express – demonstrating a total increase of 25 per cent.
The delivery management technology company has said that the number of express deliveries is likely to continue to climb over the next few days.
