Gameweek 10 saw the 3 top sides in the division keep their unbeaten run’s going for a record 10 week’s.
Liverpool thrashed Cardiff 4-1 with both Mohammed Salah and Sadio Mane picking up 15 points. This tally was only better by Ross Barkley, who finally looks like he will fulfil his potential. He scored and set up 2 goals for Chelsea in a 4-0 away win at struggling Burnley.
The 3rd side to remain unbeaten are Manchester City, who visited Wembley on Monday night, with Riyad Mahrez scoring the only goal of the game, althought Tottenham had plenty of opportunities to score.
On the other side of the coin, Newcastle and Huddersfield remain the only 2 teams in the league to be without a win, as a Pereyra-inspired performance from Watford overcome Hudderfield 3-0 and Newcastle held Southampton to a 0-0 draw, who are also struggling in front of goal.
Looking forward to Gameweek 11, Liverpool will be travelling to the Emirates looking to inflict the first loss on Arsenal in 11 games. They will be hoping Salah and Mane can keep up their good form. Chelsea and Man City both play on Sunday, against Crystal Palace and Southampton respectively, looking to continue their unbeaten form. Can Ross Barkley continue his incredible form for Chelsea? Maurizio Sarri and Gareth Southgate will be hoping so.
