Fledgling e-tailer Spire Imports has taken a warehouse at Solstice Park in Amesbury, Wiltshire.
The 1,485 sq ft industrial property at the Bluestone Centre was taken on a six year lease. The quoting rent was £8,750 a year.
Spire Imports, which was founded last year, trades online and through Amazon selling clothing, party goods, fashion accessories and toys and games.
Commercial agency surveyor Gary Mead said: “The Bluestone Centre is the first new business centre development for more than a decade of Amesbury’s giant 160-acre Solstice Park.
“Therefore, demand from small to medium businesses continues to be strong and units such as this one are not on the market for very long at all.
The 36-unit centre has been developed by Salisbury-based Nationwide Engineering Group.
Myddelton & Major marketed the property.
