Fortnum & Mason has extended its contract for multi-channel fulfilment services with iForce.
The contract includes the supply of products to Fortnum and Mason’s stores in Piccadilly, St Pancras, Heathrow and Dubai together with on-line order fulfilment. The latter service encompasses the assembly and packing of the Fortnum & Mason hampers.
The contract extension follows a successful Christmas period for
Fortnum & Mason saw like-for-like sales increase by 15 per cent year on year during the Christmas period – the five weeks to January 3rd.
Online sales were up 38 per cent while hamper sales increased by 26 per cent on the prior year. Fortnum uses the iForce Gateway service giving customers the ability to choose the contents of their own hampers.
