St. Modwen Logistics has completed a deal with e-commerce fulfilment provider, Super Smart Service, (SSS), at its 50 acre logistics development in Burton-upon-Trent.
SSS has signed a 15-year lease on a 103,947 sq ft warehouse at St. Modwen Park Burton, which already hosts a number of occupiers including Hellman Worldwide Logistics, Keylite Roof Windows, Supply Technologies, and London City Bond.
