GLS, Royal Mail’s international parcels business, has added Italy, Portugal, Finland and Bulgaria to its FlexDeliveryService, increasing the number of countries connected across borders via the service to 21.
The service allows parcel recipients have the option to adapt deliveries to their own wishes even in the case of online orders made in other countries.
Anne Putz of GLS said: “Web shops and their customers, in particular, will benefit from this, as delivery according to the recipient’s choice complements an international shopping experience.”
