Barwood Capital has secured planning for a 361,000ft² warehouse in Nottingham.
The facility, located on a 16-acre site close to Junction 26 of the M1 motorway, will have a 328,759ft² warehouse on the ground floor and an additional office space of 32,874ft².
Known as Nottingham 360, the building will target BREEAM Excellent certification and net zero in construction. It will be developed in partnership with Premcor Estates.
Winvic is the main contractor for the scheme and construction is expected to be completed by December 2023.
