Rula Developments has won detailed planning consent for a new 190,000ft2 high specification warehouse unit at Junction 28 of the M1 motorway near Huthwaite in Nottinghamshire, which it will build speculatively.
The proposed warehouse unit is situated on the established Fulwood Industrial Estate and will be built to high specification with strong sustainability credentials, targeting BREEAM Excellent and an EPC A rating. The warehouse benefiting from an oversized dual yard provision, 15m eaves and 50m yard depth.
The development has a target completion date of Q2, 2023. M1 Agency and Burbage Realty have been appointed as marketing agents
Located just off the A38 and within 1.5 miles of J.28, M1 the warehouse is ideally situated to access the regions strategic road network, alongside a strong labour supply and set within a well-recognised occupier mix.
