Greenbox Darlington has completed 400,000ft² Grade A logistics and industrial space at a 24-acre site in Tornado Way, Tees Valley.
The North East site represents a joint venture platform built by Partners Group acting on behalf of its clients, in conjunction with Citivale, a specialist logistics developer and asset manager.
Greenbox Darlington comprises three prime industrial units, ranging from 84,950ft² to 215,360ft².
The units were designed to achieve Net Zero Carbon in Construction and Operation alongside an EPC âAâ and BREEAM âExcellentâ rating.
Greenbox also uses liquid petroleum gas at its Darlington site, achieving a 44 tonne CO2e reduction over 22 weeks onsite.
Marketed by property agents Savills and HTA Real Estate, units at Greenbox Darlington offer 50m yard depths and 50Kn per m² floor loading, delivering bespoke spaces tailored to individual occupiersâ specific requirements.
